Plus Sizing Questions

After a few requests, I’m planning on trying to extend some of my patterns into plus sizes. This is new territory for me, as I have only ever made one plus size maternity top in the past, and it was to the specific measurements of a friend of mine – so please bear with my ignorance!

I’ve been doing a lot of research this weekend, and I’m feeling very confused. I was hoping that some of you might be able to help me a bit.

Living in an area where there isn’t much to begin with (as far as maternity clothing), really spurred me on to be a little creative this pregnancy with my clothing.
